The 2019 Dodge Ram's Uconnect navigation system may malfunction if displayed destinations are several miles away from their actual location. The problem is especially prevalent for 2019 Ram owners. The Uconnect is usually in need of a software or MAP update that is not always readily available or without associated dealership costs. 2019 models are equipped witH2017 MAPs which can cause navigation errors when being used. Other owners have successfully replaced the head unit under warranty due to hardware failure. This issue usually arises witH12 inch infotainment systems. Alternatively, drivers can perform a reset by disconnecting the battery cables for 15-20 minutes and then re-connecting. Sometimes this action restores faulty tech.

14819 miles on my 2019 Rebel, waranty ended 9/19/21. Dealer told me the radio will have to be replaced and is no longer covered. Not happy, have a Garmin 10yrs old that works and this trucks radio that is practically new takes a dump. Called corporate, while waiting looking into issue with others to see if a recalled could be forced.

If the 2019 dodge ram has an issue with the navigation system or the gps it may be due to outdated software, signal interference , or the wires providing power may be bad.

I have a 2019 Rebel. My nav tells me that I’m on a no name dirt road in the middle of nowhere when I’m actually in my driveway. In 2019 it worked fine but not now. I will try to do an update. And yes my warranty is over.

I have a 2019 Ram and the navigation has quit working. Even though I have reported problems they always said everything was OK. Now my warranty is out and they refused to fix it at Seth Wadley Dodge in Pauls Valley Ok. I am furious about this. I have been a big Ram fan but this is a end of the road for me and Dodge.

I think it is time to dump the RAM, who ever heard of such nonsense for a 70,000 truck, with no navigation, I guess to bad for us, but maybe for them down the road. Very DISAPPOINTED

19 limited and my gps just took a dump. Out of warranty. Total BS on a 30k mile truck. No more rams for me.

I have a 2018 dodge challenger and the navigation system starts ok then after a mile or 2, it starts to jump to random places and with directions, I can end up a long way from what was intended.

I have a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 that I updated with a new map. Everytime I am in NY/NJ is blinks on and off saying it the navigation is updating. I have taken pictures and spoken with Sirius about the issue and they have no clue except to tell me to refresh the entire info system. Even then the issue does not resolve itself.
