If the USB port is not working in Your 2019 Ford F-150 the most likely problem is that the head unit has frozen and will need to be restarted. When Your stereo freezes up then nothing else can be connected to it meaning that the ports will not work. If restarting the head unit does not solve the problem then You should inspect the port. There may be damage to one of the pins or debris in the port preventing the cable form seating properly.
