Some of the common reasons the 2019 Ram 1500 backup camera is not working are a broken fuse, a bad switch or wiring, or a poor connection. Cameras are electronic, and a software glitch may also prompt a blank screen, or one that shows only the backup guidelines, but does not show an image. If there are any problems the first thing You should do is reset the infotainment system to see if that fixes the problem. You can also check the fuses and make sure the wiring does not have any shorts or corrosion. If You cannot find a fix You can take it to the dealership in which will run a diagnostic on the software/infotainment system and get it fixed. The cost for replacement cameras will range from $800 - $1200 including parts and labor.

You most likely have a blown fuse if your 2019 ram 1500 back up camera isn't working.
