The rear climate controls on Your AudiQ7 can be controlled from the rear seats or the front depending on which settings are enabled or turned off. The first thing You need to do is make sure the vents are actually opened in the rear. If they are then You need to reset the entire system to the driver default. You can do this by pressing and holding the driver side temperature control button for a few seconds. Now You can check to see if they are working properly, if not You should also check the child safety switch on the drivers door. The only thing left to check is the climate control settings in the MMI system, these settings will be different for each year so You will need to look in Your owners manual to find the exact menu options to get to them.

If your Audi Q7 rear climate control is not working it's usually a blower motor problem.
