The Chevrolet Spark radio display not working is due to a bad fuse. To get to the fuse box underneath the hood of the car You will want to pop the hood and latch it open. Along the right-hand side of the engine compartment will be a black box or case. You will see that it has a seam that runs around it. If You pop this open You will find the fuse inside. On the back of the lid for the case will be a diagram of what fuse is for what. If this is not on the back of the box then You can also find it in the owner's manual for the car. Once You have figured out which fuse You need simply pull it out. The two sections that stick up should be connected by a thin strip of metal. If this has been broken then the fuse is no good and will need to be replaced. If this strip is there then the fuse is fine and can be popped back in. New fuses will cost You about 10 dollars, so they are pretty cheap
My 2015 Chevy Spark display screen isn’t working either it just won’t respond to touch but it lights up and looks completely normal. When I touch the screen nothing happens could this also be related to the fuse?

If your Chevrolet Spark car radio isn't working it's likely due to a blown fuse.
Jessica, I’m wondering the exact same thing. No answer?

The problem isn’t the fuses in my spark. Just replaced both “radio” fuses and it still doesn’t work. I checked the relays as well and they’re all functioning. I don’t want to have to pay$189 to a Chevy dealer just to figure this out…
I'm having the same exact issue with my 2015 Chevy Spark LT. That & I've been having problems with the battery. I'm going through batteries in this car like crazy!!! Does anyone know why?

I wonder if the compass is a similar issue. Until recently it displayed quite accurately directions like NE or W. Now it sits with CAL and no direction. I wonder where it gets its directional information.
I had that issue as well. I took it to the dealership they said that the problem was an “Internal Fault In Radio Chassis” and $1033 to replace. I looked internet used radio chassis but apparently they need to be programmed to the individual vehicle and the dealership will not provide that service. I didn’t follow up to confirm if this is actually the case but give Chevy’s lack of support for their EV line I suspect it’s accurate
