If Your Chevy Cruze radio is not working there are a few likely causes. The most likely is that the system has frozen and will need to be restarted. Simply press and hold on the volume power knob until the unit turns off and then back on and in most cases that will fix it. If restarting the head unit does not solve the problem then there likely is an issue with the fuse. The fuse for Your radio can be found in the panel that is located in the driver's footwell. If that fuse has blown then You will need to replace it with a new one. If the fuse is good then the next thing to check is the wiring at the back of the radio. If that is loose then You will want to make sure to plug it back into the connector.

The 2017 has a more difficult pairings with cell phone
Watch the video about dash lights and radio. Change fuse and both battery cables( usually the negative) But I changed both.. If that doesnt fix it. Could be the radio itself.My dash lights were going out. Blinking then turning back on with the radio, time/date/temp. At one point I lost complete power to entire car.We jiggled the battery wire and it started. Went right to dealer and got factory parts and it fixed the issue. ( I also had the battery tested before changing the cables so I knew it wasnt the battery

My radio is off and won’t come back on checked fuses r ok wiring seems ok power is ok on radio once in awhile it comes on for a few mins then goes off and stays off I have Bluetooth still hooked on it and it comes on for a sec what could be wrong with it

If you are having connectivity issues with your phone, first unpair any and all phones in the system. Now you should have no more issue with pairing.
