If the bluetooth stops working in the 2012 Dodge Journey, Your device will fail to connect to Uconnect. Locate the interior fuse box on the passenger side under the glovebox. Pull fuse #131 that is connected to the Hands Free Module. It is a 10 amp plug. Re-insert and turn the key in the ignition to "acc" or if equipped with push button start, depress to "acc" mode. Wipe the "Dodge Journey" from Your phone's available wireless options and then search for the connection again. After pulling the Hands Free fuse, the phone should now connect to the Journey's Unconnect and bluetooth. If the reset fails to work, check for software updates or faulty wiring behind the dash.

The 2012 dodge journey bluetooth may not work for a variety of reasons such as software issue, blown fuse, or a connection/compatibility problem with the phone.

Took it to the dealer change fuse work ready to leave it stop working went back play with fuse again it work driving out stop working went back then they saying is the hands free moudel
