If the backup camera on the GMC Terrain is not working there are a couple of common reasons. The simplest to check is the camera itself. Go to the back of the car and make sure it has not been damaged. A cracked lens or any other obvious signs of physical damage will tell You what is wrong. If this is not the case then check the fuse box in the panel on the left-hand side of the steering wheel. If the fuse has burnt out for either the camera or the heads-up display then You will need to replace it. If neither of these is the culprit then there may be something wrong with the wires that run from the camera to the display. This can be tricky to find, as You will need to follow a lot of wires.

The common reasons the GMC Terrain backup camera is not working are a broken fuse, a bad switch or wiring, or a poor connection. Cameras are electronic, and a software glitch may also prompt a blank screen, or one that shows only the backup guidelines, but does not show an image.

Call Mark car 2019 September currently has 28,895 miles on it. The warranty is off factory I have extended warranty, but I still don’t understand miles on it it warranties off factory I have extended warranty, but I still don’t understand. I don’t drive the car that much and I use the back up like that machine. Why is it not working? It shows a blue line with the light blue screen or do it have a recall on it, so I want or do it have a recall on it, so I want to get back to me I would appreciate it

My screen is doing the same thing David. I guess I’m going to the dealer and shell out some cash because it’s out of warranty.
