The Honda CR-V's USB port may suddenly stop working. If no power is reaching a plugged in device or cell phone, it could be due to a faulty port. The cost to replace the CR-V's USB port is under $20 in parts only, but does require some technical know-how. A more common reason the USB malfunctions, is associated with the complex software of the Honda's infotainment system and stereo. To correct, perform a reset of the car's Audio to factory default settings. Scroll to "Home", then "Settings" and select "System" and then "Factory Data Reset". Turn the vehicle off and on after completing these steps. Check for "firmware update" notifications as well. Lastly, clean the USB port with a can of compressed air, to eliminate any debris that may be compromising its function.

USB port problems on the Honda CRV are usually caused by a blown fuse or loose connections.
Hold the power button on the audio down until the screen ask if you want to reboot. Hit the yes button. After it reboots everything started working fine.
The factory reset did NOT work for my Honda CRV 2022. Both USB ports are still not working for USB cards. However, Android auto is working just fine on the same USB ports.

Holding the power button on the audio worked for me. Unlike the entry above I did not get to a reboot request screen. It just went into reboot mode after holding the button for a few seconds.
Why don't you display negative comments?????? This website is not good!!!
