The MitsubishiMirage bluetooth not working causes are software won't update and won't sync. You will come into issues with the sound. The source could be from the stereo's speakers or a phone that is connected to the vehicle. Whatever the source, You will have to have these issues solved quickly. If the problems are from the stereo's speakers, it could be static sounds, randomly turns off, a loose wire, or a blown fuse. If the problems are coming from the phone, it could be that the software won't update, the device will not sync with the vehicle, the phone's battery is almost dead, or an object is blocking the signal.

If the Bluetooth in your Mitsubishi Mirage vehicle is not working, disable your device and perform a reset before attempting to connect again.

How do you update the software in the car? I bought a brand new car and had blue tooth and after about a year just quit

My phone has dropped bluetooth almost every ride for the past 6 months. It disconnects then reconnects pretty quickly but atleast once everyday. When I called the dealership they said the phones software is now too 'advanced' and the Mirage doesn't offer software updates so the car will now essentially always have software issues. Might be what's happening to you too.
