Why is my my Lincoln way app not working?

The Lincoln way app may not work for many reasons such as bluetooth connectivity issues, software glitches, or it needs a PCU problem. One thing about the first things to do when troubleshooting the issue is to reconnect the communication system. If this doesn't work You can try to reset Your infotainment system back to factory settings. Often times it could be a bluetooth issue so make sure Your car is connected to the device You would like to use with the app. After all of these troubleshooting tips and it doesn't work You will have to take the car in to get it diagnosed from the dealership because they have the proper equipment for the diagnosis.

I BOUGHT MY LINCOLN NAUTILUS IN JUNE 2020 MY LINCOLN WAY HAS NEVERED WORK ALL IT HAS SAID IS ACTIVATION PENDING. I NEVER GOT MY POINTS FOR BUYING MY VEHICLE. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME.
