If the Nissan Rogue voice recognition is not working then You have turned Your bluetooth off. Go into setting, go down to connectivity and select bluetooth. Now turn it to on.

Bluetooth settings have nothing to do with the voice control not working. Its either the mic or control modulemalfunctioning

If the voice controls are not working on the Nissan Rogue then the most likely cause is the bluetooth being turned off.
