If Your wireless charging pad is not working in Your Ford Transit the first thing You will want to do is make sure that Your phone works on the Qi standard because that is what this uses. Next You will want to try to reposition Your phone around on the charge pad to see if any position gives it a better connection. If none of those things work then the next thing You should check is the fuse that goes to the wireless charger. If this is damaged that can mean that there is no power to the charging pad. If this is fine then You should try to remove the charging pad and make sure the wires on the back are securely connected.

Some 2018-2020 Transit Connect vehicles built on or after 27-Sep-2018 may exhibit a customer symptom of a wireless charging system that appears inoperative. These vehicles will have a mobile device holder with a rubber mat with wireless charging symbols but may not be equipped with the wireless charging feature. This may be due to the vehicle being ordered without the wireless charging option. To confirm if the vehicle is equipped with wireless charging, remove the rubber mat and confirm that the surface below has a charger-shaped rectangular depression. If the surface is fully flat, the vehicle is not equipped with wireless charging. The vehicle is not misbuilt, do not submit a claim for this condition.

If the wireless charging pad in your ford transit is not working, first check to ensure that your phone and the charging pad are compatible standards. Common failure points could be faulty wiring, or a blown fuse.

Where and what is the fuse number for the wireless charging pad? I don't see it in the owner's manual.
