There is a known wiring harness issue on the 2010 model F-150 that can cause the display not to work on the radio. Some have even reported that the entire radio stops working. If it is the wiring harness then You can try to replace it with a new one to see if that fixes the display. If that does not fix it You can see if a radio repair shop can repair the radio. If the radio cannot be repaired You can get an OE radio or they make several nice aftermarket radios that are a big upgrade.

Fix the radio display by rewiring the back of the unit or trying to disconnect the negative battery terminal for an hour.
