The most common reason why a Honda HR-V would be leaking water into the cabin on the passenger side is a clogged AC condensation line. The line that goes from Your condenser passes over this area and when the line gets backed up it is common that it will leak here. I recommend blowing out Your condensation lines with compressed air to help clear any potential blockages. The compressed air will also be at a greater pressure than water so it should blow any water out of the line as well. Another reason You could have water on the floor of Your car is simply a bad door or window seal. If one of the rubber gaskets gets torn or fails it is possible for water to leak down the door track and into Your vehicle.

If it's pure water and not coolant then it may be condensation dripping off the air conditioner which is under the hood on the passenger side. This would only occur in hot weather and it is normal.

This can be because of a crack or a break in the line. You will need to check the door to see if it is broken.
