The FIAT 500's USB port may stop working properly. To to troubleshoot, check to see if a connected device or phone are still charging and whether power is reaching either of them. A faulty port will fail to power anything connected to it. A more common cause of USB malfunction, is due to faulty software. Perform a reset of the FIAT's Audio to factory default settings. Disconnect the negative battery cable under the FIAT's hood for 30 minutes and then re-connect. Check with Your vehicle's "firmware update" notifications to make sure none are needed. Lastly, try cleaning the USB port with a can of compressed air, and if all else fails, seek professional help.

My 2014 fiat 500 usb port is showing charge and connection on my phone but on the radio display it shows no connections available? I have the standard non touchscreen display and it worked fine for my friends iPhone 13 but my older iPhone se it’s like it doesn’t recognize it. It was working fine before until one day it just stopped working. Please help.

Some of the common reasons why the FIAT 500 USB port input doesn't work are short or fault in wiring harness, blown fuse, and a bad or defective switch/relay.
