When the steering wheel controls are not working in Your Nissan Armada that is commonly a problem with the clock spring in Your steering wheel. The clock spring is how the wires travel through Your steering wheel to Your controls and it allows the wheel to rotate without damaging any wires. It is very common for clock springs to break in the Armada and is a known failure point so it is something You should check if the controls do not work. The next thing to check is the wiring at the back of the radio to make sure that the wires for the remote are connected tightly and free from any signs of debris or fraying.
This is often caused by the spiral cable. I just replaced it in a 2015 that lost horn, audio and cruise button control. In this case the cable was only available with the combination switch. This is a common failure.

The 2019 Nissan Armada steering wheel controls not working causes are buttons jammed or loose wire.
