A full-size mattress is 53" wide and I believe the width of the narrowest part of the Dodge Grand Caravan is 49" so you can make fit for transport purpose but not as a built-in bed for van camping.

Although a king size mattress is a little too large for your dodge caravan, a full size mattress is not at 53" x 75".

With the seats down in the floor you can put some thing that is 4 foot wide by 8 foot long in the back of the Dodge grand Caravan
