The Honda Accord rims will indeed fit a CR-V. This part will need to be changed some day. You don't want to get into any wrecks on the road. You should replace Your tires every 30,000 to 50,000 miles. Making sure Your tires are in the best condition is key to not crashing. You will come into problems with this part at some time or another. You could face cupping issues. You might run into feathering problems. Premature tire wear is something to lookout for. Make sure to inspect the tire pressure once a month. Check for holes, in case You run over something sharp. The part might become loose as some point.

Yes, the rims from a honda accord will also fit on a honda crv, as they are the same size.

Only do this for 16” rims - and you will need Very Different Tires - tires are not compatible. The bolt pattern and centre bore are an exact match. Technically the offset is slightly different, but both are “high offset” so may be within acceptable range. I’d ask a tire shop to confirm it can be done
