Yes the P265/70/R17 tires will fit on the 2019 Ford F-150 as long as it still equipped with the stock wheels that measure 17 inches in diameter and 7 inches in width. If You have an upgraded model or higher trim level You're going to need to take measurements to see which tires You're going to need to use. The tires are going to need to be changed out on this truck between every 40,000 and 50,000 miles. You should go ahead check the tread on Your tires every 10,000 miles to make sure that they are still in good enough shape.

Yes this size will fit the stock 17x7 rim. I have a 2006 F150 and I have used thus specific tire on my Ford F150 stock rims for the last 10 years.
