I had a Miata a few years back and was ready for my "last" sports car. I drove a new Miata and was very impressed. A few days later I drove a new Spider, and I was in love! The interior had numerous nice refinements over and above the Miata. The styling is awesome as is the power and handling. Sure, you can "soup it up" pretty easily with aftermarket chips but as is, it's tops! Over 20,000 miles and it's still a blast to drive. It should be either #1or #2 "best" sports car in the world, but "they" keep comparing it to Mustangs, Dodge Chargers, etc. COME ON people...!?

It is hard to even find a local place to get the oil changed due to the special filter.
I like the look of it, the heated seats, the drop top. I don't like the cost of repairs. It is so small that it is hard to clean the inside. I love the power of the engine. I love the color.

The ac is a little weird sometimes and smells strange, idk what it is exactly.
It is very reliable, it is a nice red and it handles like a dream. The mpg is pretty dang good too, I get about 26 mpg in it which is a nice balance in my opinion with engine power.

Great performing vehicle.
Great performance and speed. Great handling around turns. Small car but still has decent storage and trunk space. The cup holders are a little awkward to reach. The roof is fairly easy to put up and down. Heats and cools very well but windows fog constantly in the winter unless you have defrost on most of the time.

Fiat rocks, and here is why that is.
My vehicle is very reliable and sturdy. It gets good gas mileage, is fairly affordable, and is an all around great vehicle to have for yourself. It is very smooth and gets me where I need to go effortlessly. I would recommend this car to anybody looking for something nice.

I love my spider, but it is too tiny.
I love the way my 124 spider handles, and I love the manual transmission. I haven't had any mechanical problems yet, but the electronics seem a little wonky. The alarm will go off for no reason, the audio/video screen will shut down or freeze sometimes. The biggest problem with the car, and also part of its charm, is it is size. Passenger seat is incredibly cramped.

Fiat - the secret sports car of the century.
My vehicle is great and I only had it for 2 months. Performance is great. I love the turbo engine. It is reliable and user friendly. I am so still learning all the amazing features on the vehicle. The convertible top is very user-friendly as well. The fiat is very comfortable.

Style and Fun
I absolutely love my 124! Is it small? Yes it's a sports car not a SUV, and I did have my glasses on and looked the car over and did drive it before I bought it. I had not a lick of problems, great handling, you feel the road. Is it fast? Well yes for it's size. The only real complaint I wish it was made in Italy but the body, design and engine is Italian. And given what I know now, I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Fun to drive, easy to own, what could be better!
Incredibly good looking and fun to drive. Not one single problem since delivery. Good safety features: blind spot monitoring, rear hazard warning, great brakes. Right out of the dealers lot it got better than advertised highway mileage that has improved slightly over the two years that I have owned the 124 spider. Around town its gas mileage is ok, but not great. What could be better?

I love it. Perfect for me and my lifestyle. Runs great. Parking is easy. It may not be for someone taller or someone with leg/knee problems as the car sits low and getting in and out can be hard. Does not have a lot of space so probably not for a family.

Love the performance and reliability.
I love the handling of this car. I can take turns fast and it stays on track like it sticks to the road. It gets good gas mileage. I have never had any maintenance issues with it. The only things I do not like I have to take it to a certified fiat dealer for some system updates, and in the winter the car fogs easily so you always have to keep it on defrost instead of heat aimed at the feet and hands. But it still keeps the car very warm.

Fun car to take on a spin, but not to ride everyday
I really like the car I own; however, I wish there was a seat cooler instead of a heater (live in a very hot place). This car is fun to drive and I love how I can feel the road while I drive. I would not recommend to people who are tall/big for it is a small car in every way. Honestly, this is not really the best everyday car.

My car handles corners really well at a high rate of speed!
The vehicle handles turns very well. The problem is with the convertible top does have blind spots when it is up. The car gets really good gas mileage! Really like the ability to adjust the backup camera! Stereo system is a good quality! The cup holders could be a little taller. Overall the car is fun to drive!

New and improved fiat spider - still cool and sporty.
My fiat so cool and sporty. I love the maneuverability and smaller size for parking. Good gas mileage but tiny tank volume takes some getting used to. The interior is functional and fine for average heights but anyone over 6 feet tall will have an uncomfortable ride unless the top is down. Also the passenger side had less room than the driver's side. The convertible top is easy to use but takes some care to line up the windows correctly. The seven inch screen in the lusso model is nice but it had to be replaced after a year and half due to extreme heat damage. Luckily it was under warranty but it would have cost about $1500. Make sure to use sun shades to minimize the amount of direct sunlight on the screen. Some more lumbar support would've been nice, especially for long drives. I originally leased my fiat for a two year term but I kept it after the expiration. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

Added the spider red light, it was the perfect addition for driving at night!
The fiat is a fun car to drive over short distances with the top down. It handles the curves beautifully and accelerates in a way to get your heart pounding. One of the major problems is that people hate you in that car and try to cut you off and race you.

Car drives nice! Love it! Must see.
The car drives really nice. I like how quiet the cabin is when I am driving. The seats are comfortable and the car has no trouble driving in bad weather conditions. I only have to bring it in for daily oil change and such but never anything wrong with it.

Fiat could design better cars
It gives me some issues with the transmission and the fact that the car isn't very big, it makes transporting difficult.

It's a classic! It's completely original and worth 10 times what I paid for it.
I like that it's a convertible. It's super fun to drive. People turn their heads when I drive by. It tends to have repairs needed quite often.
