If you're going to get a raider get the V8 4wd option.
I like that I still have use of truck but I wish I had gotten V8 four wheel drive. Doesn't have as much power as I sometimes need. Reverse is extremely weak. For example, if you are on a slight incline you can't use reverse.

Other than the maintenance issue, love the king cab, lots of room. Exterior paint is great and has held up well.
Love body style but have had transmission replaced and repeated brake problems. Has not held up well mechanically.

There are very few options/locations for Factory service.
Complaints about the Alarm, starter and transmission issues.

Why does someone have to get injured first?
I'll never buy another one. 3 airbag recalls still same problem and no one feels its their responsibility to repair or replace it although the Dealer and Manufacter admit its unsafe. " nothing we can do as no one has been injured at this time"... WTH!?

My 2007 Raider truck is better than any vehicle ever..
It is 4 door and it will pick up and go and has the power to pull any kind of load. I would chose it over most trucks and cars and I would not change my truck for nothing I love everything about it plus more. I love the bed of the truck isn't to large and isn't too small it is the perfect size for any needs

That there are a lot of recalls.
I like that my truck can go anywhere. I like that my truck is very easy to drive. I dislike that my truck is so bad on gas. I dislike that my truck is very squeaky.

The Raider combines the seating capacity of a car and the function of a truck.
Raider gives the seating capacity of a car while still having the functionality of a truck. It is dependable but on the rare occasion that a repair is needed, parts are readily available. Gas mileage is better than a full size truck also.

Combines truck functionality and car seating capacity.
The quad cab raider combines functionality of a truck with the seating capacity of a car. It gets average 15 mpg. I would opt for the v8 over the v6 especially in heavy traffic where you might need faster acceleration to merge.

Horrible MPG but drives nicely
It drives well and has enough passenger and hauling space. BUT... It gets horrible gas mileage. I get approximately 15MPG
