I love my SUV Porsche! It is still a beautiful car and looks new on the outside! The paint does not come off like the other car brands and does not have any problem.

185,000 miles I put on 110,000 myself
There are various items that need to be replaced on this older vehicle which would need to be replaced on just about any car... This is about the only CON. The traction control saved our families lives on two occasions driving in a snowstorm avoiding a head-on collision. On ice, uphill, 50 MPH, I frantically cranked the wheel toward the ditch and then back towards the road and it zipped right back around the spinning head on car! This vehicle, with the European safety standard also has an integrated roll cage. (American automobiles lack in this department) It could take a tumble at 80 MPH and you would likely be alive... 11 airbags to boot. If you don't do repairs yourself the cost could be about $6000 - $8000 if the dealer did them... But for the do-it-yourselfer this car is a pleasure to work on. In total I spent about $3000 on maintenance since 2011. (Starter, coolant pipe upgrade, brakes & rotors x2, hanger bearing, coils, plugs, heater blower, upper engine mount. Front Control arms and valve cover gaskets are next... (about $350 in parts plus alignment check) The rubber control arm bushings in them get deteriorated and you get uneven tire wear...Watch a few how to videos, and with a moderate mechanical inclination it's actually fun. The car is pretty well-thought-out and easy to repair. Aftermarket and (factory) parts have dropped in price significantly for these. It is generally a good buy. I actually have used mine to tow my 6500 pound camper and I "plugged in" a brake controller. Mine has adjustable air suspension which I love! With this feature, it has an onboard auxillary tire inflation hose. I have aired down the tires to about 8 PSI and crawled out after being stuck in the snow.(with good tires of course)

I have 226,000 miles on the 2005 Cayenne S I purchased new. It is still as fast, quiet and tight as day one

Older Porsche Cayenne Keeper
It's an older Porsche Cayenne. I would love a newer model but make do with the one I have. There are minor dings and the roof leaks from somewhere I cannot locate. It also has a random spark plug issue which has recurred a few times since buying the car in 2016. Otherwise, it drives like a boss on the road, accelerates beautifully and I love it.
