The tire size and pressure and wheel size of the 2003 Ford Escape is 225/70R15 100T. Tires that contain the specified amount of air pressure last longer and contribute to vehicle safety. Low tire pressures affect braking distances and provide leSSResponsive steering and handling. This can be especially dangerous when an emergency stop or sudden evasive maneuver is needed to avoid a collision.Remember driving with the TPMS Light on is not safe. It means one of Your tires is underinflated or overinflated. This can cause undue wear on the tire, potentially lead to a tire failure, and cause a blowout dangerous to You and other drivers on the road.

None of the information above is correct. Are you really trying to say that the standard tire size is a 15 inch tire, and somehow that fits on the listed standard wheel size of 17 inches? This is, of course impossible. The correct answer is it depends on the model and options. Correct tire size can be a P225/70R15 or P235/70R16. The Limited and the XLT came with the 16 inch tire, the XLS came with the 15 inch tire. This information is printed on a sticker stuck inside the drivers door at the door frame with the info for that specific vehicle. Recommended tire pressure for any of the supplied tire sizes is 30 PSI front and back. Wheelbase is 103 inches. 17 inch wheels did not come standard on the 2003 Ford Escape, nor were they an optional size available. This information taken directly from the 2003 Ford Escape owners manual and Ford specification sheets.
