The 2007 Honda Odyssey has a 3.5 L V6 engine that takeS4.5 quarts of oil and the recommended type is a synthetic 5W-20. If You don't have any 5W-20 for some reason You can use 0W-20 as a short term solution but it's best that You switch back to the 5W-20 at Your next oil change to prevent any problems in the future. Considering the age of the vehicle You may want to go for a high mileage oil option that's specifically formulated for cars that already have a lot of miles on them. If You're anywhere over the 75,000 mile mark You may benefit from it because of how it works to clean up engine sludge from years of driving. -

Both engine versions of the 3.5L V6 engine codes J35A6 K and J35A7 J for the 2007 Honda Odyssey both takes 4.5 quarts of 5W20 or 0W20 synthetic oil. Honda recommends 5W20 but has allowed for the use of 0W20.
