The oil types used on the 2009 AudiQ5 3.2 L are 5W-40, 5W-30, 0W-40, and 0W-30. You could also use synthetic oil but only if it has the same viscosity that I listed. Now, if You want to know the capacity on Your Q5, then it iS6.6 quarts with a filter. You may already know this but engine oil plays a very important part in keeping Your engine healthy. Not only does it lubricate its parts but it also cleans them. When You let Your engine oil get too low You risk running damage on Your motor since it is not able to get to all of its parts. I would recommend checking the level at least once a week just to be safe.
