The 2010 Kia Soul 1.6 Engine oil capacity is 3.49 quarts (3 .3 liters) and the 2.0 Engine oil capacity is 4.23 quarts (4 liters). Kia recommends using the 5W-20 for better fuel economy.

How often should oil be changed in 2010 Kia Sportage
Personally if using bulk oil like most oil change places, but I supply my oil which is Mobil 1 annual protection which I only change every Dec (Annual protection means 1 year or 20,000 miles when using this synthetic oil make sure you get the Mobil 1 extended performance oil filter also. It's great for people who don't drive a lot.
