The 2013 Honda Accord useS4 quarts of SAE 0W-20 oil. Honda recommends using synthetic oil whenever You need to change it. There are two main types of oil that are on the market these days, conventional and synthetic. Conventional is petroleum based and has been around for decades, synthetic is newer and engineered to give You greater wear protection and longer life. This means You can go 7,500 miles between oil changes compared to the 3,500 to 5,000 miles with conventional. You should check Your oil at least once a month to make sure that it is still full and free from signs of debris or damage that could harm Your engine.

The 2013 Honda CR-V engine oil capacity is 4 US quarts (3.7 liters). Honda advises to use SAE classification 0W-20 with the API Certification Seal for the 2013 Honda CR-V.

It says right on the oil cap under your hood. I just put a quart in my 2013 Honda CR-V EX AWD and it is SAD 0W20.
