The 2014 Chevy Traverse came standard with a 3.6L V6 engine across all trim levels. That engine will have a motor oil capacity of 6 US quarts when the filter is included. The type of oil You will need to use for this vehicle is synthetic 5W-30. The oil drain plug will have a head size of 15mm and require 20 lbs/ft of torque to remove if You are going to use a power tool. You will have the option of using a socket wrench if You have that available to You.

What is dexos1 specification? We need to know if regular or synthetic.

My cars manual says 5W-30 DEXOS1 Synthetic Blend NOT Full Synthetic

Found the dexos1 specification: it is: GM OE DEXOS1 FULL SYNTHETIC MOTOR OIL so the traverse needs to have full synthetic.

GMC recommends using only engine oil licensed to the dexos1 specification of the proper SAE viscosity grade of 5W-30. The 2014 Chevrolet Traverse Engine oil capacity is 6 Quarts (5.7 Liters).
