Starting with the 2014 model of the Toyota RAV4 they decided to remove the option for a V6 engine so the only engine You could have in this vehicle is the standard 2.5L 4Cylinder. This engine will have a motor oil capacity of 4.6 US quarts when the filter is included. The type of oil You will need to use is fully synthetic 0W-20. You can use 5W-20 if You have nothing else available but to avoid damage You will need to go back to 0W-20 on Your next oil change. The oil drain plug will have a head size of 14mm and require 25 lbs-ft of torque to remove it with a power wrench.

I have a 2014 rav4 XLE and I have to put the whole 5 quarts in even afterrunning the engine and rechecking.
