The 2015 GMC Acadia has a towing capacity of anywhere froM2,000 to 5,200 lbs. It has a torque between 266 to 270 lb-ft. The payload of the Acadia is anywhere from 1,609 to 1,755 lbs. The tongue weight for it is 200 lbs to 520 lbs. Towing capacity is the weight that can be towed behind a vehicle such as on a trailer or an RV or something. Torque in a vehicle is the amount of turning power that a car has. The meaning of payload is the weight that a vehicle can carry. The meaning of tongue weight is the downward force that the tongue of the trailer puts on the hitch. It is important to not exceed weights in order to stay safe.

My 2015 Acadia (front-wheel drive) has the V92 tow package option (there should be a tow button at the base of the center console (between traction control and lift gate buttons). If it has this package, it is factory rated to tow 5,200 lbs.
