The oil change light on Your 2018 Dodge Challenger needs to be reset after every oil change so that the system can determine when the next oil change is due. If You don't reset the light, You will find that Your vehicle will indicate that You need another oil change sooner than would be necessary. The procedure only takes a few moments. First, turn the ignition on but don't start the engine. Now, slowly press the accelerator to the floor for 3 times within 10 seconds. After doing this, turn the ignition off and start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.. You have completed the procedure and You can turn Your engine off.
