You should turn the ignition to step 1. With start/stop button press it quickly but don't turn the ignition on. Make sure the trip meter is shown in the display. Press and hold the ok and phone button for about 3 seconds or until the assist plus menu shows in the display. Scroll down to assyst plus and press ok to confirm. It may ask you to switch on the ignition to activate assyst plus. Switch on the ignition by pressing the start button again. Scroll down to full service and press ok. Press confirm service. Scroll down to yes and press ok to confirm. It should be reset.

Turn the ignition to position one. If you have smart start, press the start button without touching the brake pedal. Now you will press the system selection button until you see the menu item that reads trip displayed and highlighted. You need to press ok within 5 seconds. Now you will press and hold the accept call button for one second. While you are holding that button, press the ok button. The service menu will come up. Scroll down and select assist plus. Turn the ignition to the on position. Now you will select full service and then scroll down to confirm service. Select the appropriate oil grade that is being used. Select yes in order to confirm it. Turn off ignition and turn the engine on in order to make sure it has reset.
