To reset the maintenance light on a 2018 toyota 4runner, turn the car to accessory mode. Once you're in accessory mode, use the odometer button to go to trip a. Once trip a is selected, turn the vehicle off and hold down the odometer button while you turn the car to accessory mode. This will reset the maintenance data. Once the screen clears you can turn the vehicle off.

You will start by turning the ignition off and pressing and holding the trip odometer reset button. Now you will turn the ignition to the on position. You must continue to hold down the trip odometer reset button until the display reads 00000 miles and the maintenance light has turned off.
