The 2019 Chevrolet Traverse useS5 quarts of oil with the 2.0L 4Cylinder engine and 6 quarts with the 3.6L V6 engine. Both engines use SAE 5W-30 oil and Chevrolet recommends that You use synthetic oil whenever You need to change it. Oil comes in two major varieties, synthetic and conventional.
