The type of oil that should be used in the 2019 Ford F-150 is different depending on the engine. You should use 5W-30 Synthetic for the 2.7 L V6 and the 3.5 L V6, SAE 5W-30 Diesel for the 3.0 L V6 diesel and 5W-20 Synthetic for the 3.3 L V6 and the 5.0 L V8 engine. The capacity iS6 quarts with a filter for the 2.7 L V6, 3.3 L V6 and the 3.5 L V6, 6.4 quarts with a filter for the 3.0 L V6 diesel and 8.8 quarts with a filter for the 5.0 L V8 engine. You should do an oil and a filter change every 3,000 to 5,000 miles or so. The cost of a change is anywhere from $40 to $50 in labor costs.

The 2019 Ford F-150 runs at peak performance with a synthetic oil type. The 2.7L V6 and the 3.5L V6 engine use 5W-30 and hold 6 quarts. The 3.3L V6 prefers 5W-20 and also holds 6 quarts The 5.0L V8 uses 5W-20 but has a capacity of 8.8 quarts. Lastly the 3.0L V6 diesel engine runs on 5W-30 and holds 6.4 quarts.

For those of you that are changing oil at 7000 miles or more, you are crazy. I change mine between 3000-3500And it is d***y. All you were doing is creating and it is d***y. All you were doing is creating engine problems for the next person that owns your truck. Can’t imagine driving a 50 or $60,000 truck and can’t afford an oil change! Change it
