The 2019 Lexus ES350 uses SAE 0W-20 oil and it will take 6 quarts to refill when You need to do an oil change. Lexus recommends that You use fully synthetic oil as well. Oil comes in two major varieties, synthetic and conventional. Synthetic is engineered in a lab to be able to provide superior protection in Your engine compared to conventional which is made of petroleum. The technology in synthetic oil also means that it will need to be changed less frequently. Usually You can go 7,500 miles between synthetic changes compared to 3,500 to 5,000 with conventional. I recommend checking the oil in Your car at least once a month to make sure it is full and free from debris or signs of burning.

DO NOT PUT 0W-20, use only Viscosity, 0W-16 (All TEMPS) - SAE 0W-16 is the best choice for good fuel economy and good starting in cold weather
