The 2003 Toyota Highlander only came in configurations that offered seating for 5 -- that is, a front and a back seat. There was no option for a third row model. If this is an important feature to You, and You're dead set on driving a Highlander, You'll be pleased to know that just a single model year later (in 2004), Toyota began offering a third row on some of its trim levels. Of course, for a vehicle the size of a Highlander, cRamming seven passengers into the vehicle can be a challenge, even if its equipped to do so. If You're looking for something to haul the whole family (and You have a really large family), You may want to consider looking at a larger vehicle.
