The 2007 Buick LaCrosse has a fuel filter that is located on the fuel sending unit in Your gas tank. This is a filter that should last as long as the pump and should not need to be replaced. In the past there used to be fuel filters that were installed in line on the fuel lines under cars. This became a weak point and a potential place for fuel to leak from so manufacturers decided to move it into the tank. If You notice that You have low fuel pressure it could be a problem with Your filter because it will reduce the amount of fuel that Your pump can move through Your lines up to Your engine.

The 2007 Buick LaCrosse has a fuel strainer that is also considered the fuel filter. The fuel filter/strainer is in the fuel tank attached to the fuel pump.
