If You're looking for a cabin air filter on Your 2007 Dodge Durango, I hate to be the bearer of bad news. There is no cabin air filter on the Dodge Durangos froM2004 to 2009. The good thing about this is that Your vehicle comes with a mesh that prevents foreign objects from entering Your cabin area. You will not need to spend anything extra to have it replaced. The purpose of a cabin air filter is to prevent debris and other foreign particles from reaching the cabin area. In result it provides fresh, clean air to its passengers. Since Your vehicle does not have it, this is something You won't have to worry about replacing.
