Unfortunately, the 2007 Ford Expedition does not offer bluetooth capability, either for hands-free calling or for music streaming. Ford didn't introduce bluetooth into the Expedition until model year 2009. However, the good news is that aftermarket solutions do exist that can bring You up to speed with the times. The simpleSTSolution is a bluetooth receiver for Your auxiliary input jack. These cost no more than a few dollars from outlets like Amazon or Walmart. If You want to take a step up but still stop shy of swapping the entire head unit, companies like USA SPEC (https://www.usaspec.com/Ford-ExpeditionAllModelswithSatellite-2007_p-319-bt45-Ford2.aspx ) offer solutions that are simple to install. If You want to go full tilt, several compatible bluetooth head units are available from manufacturers like Sony, JVC, Kenwood, Alpine, or Bose. While this may be the most expensive of the three solutions, it's certainly the most thorough.

The 2007 Ford Expedition does not have Bluetooth; however, the Ford Expedition has an auxiliary input jack. The Auxiliary Input Jack provides a way to connect your portable music player to the in-vehicle audio system. This allows the audio from a portable music player to be played through the vehicle speakers with high fidelity.
