The 07 ford f150 has some transmission issues : transmission gear failure, thumping at overdrive and a bad torque converter. Other problems have also been reported and you should research before buying.

188.000 miles transmission failed. It went into limp mode well what should have been limp mode.I changed the fluidit got better then slammmed out of 4th gear and got worse from there. Pull d the trans pan metal shards in it.

I had a amco transmission fix ughh less than 30.000 i got metal flakes in the pan not worth the money get a (used) or put in a real factory rebuilt do yourself a favor a real factory rebuilt do yourself a favor

I’ve got a 2007 f150 90000 miles Has a small trans thump on take off Have checked most of drive line (road test)& on hoist But works great other than initial take off Any ideas
