Yes, the 2007 Nissan Altima will come standard with bluetooth access but it's connectivity will be limited to using it only for making and receiving phone calls. To connect Your device to the bluetooth You will need to go to Your navigation screen and then settings. Scroll down to bluetooth and press the pair button. From there You will be given a code that You need to enter in to Your phone. Open Your phone and head to it's bluetooth section and enter in the code. Your phone will now be paired to Your vehicle.
