The 2007 Volkswagen Jetta came with optional bluetooth available. The bluetooth system was installed with the RMT 300 radio option that some buyers selected while choosing the specification on their Jetta. The bluetooth system in Your car is able to do two main things. The first thing it can do is allow You to make calls hands-free which will let You be able to use the car's built-in microphone to speak to people rather than having to hold Your phone. The other thing it can do is let You stream music wirelessly from Your smartphone or bluetooth enabled MP3 player to the car's stereo. This has become more popular than CDs or the radio as streaming music has risen in popularity.

The 2007 Volkswagen Jetta has an auxiliary input jack. The auxiliary input allows you to connect an external audio device such as an iPod, laptop computer, MP3 player, CD changer, or cassette tape player, etc. To the auxiliary input jack for use as another source for audio listening.
