No, the 2008 Chevy Silverado does not have Bluetooth. But the Silverado 1500 does have OnStar

The 2008 Chevrolet Silverado does not come with Bluetooth capabilities from GM. However, there are aftermarket modules now available.

No. ! The 2008 DOES NOT HAVE BLUETOOTH ! The best way to get Bluetooth and keep the original look is to purchase a newer GM radio that has it. Or just plug a little one in the aux port.
