The 2008 Nissan Pathfinder has bluetooth available on the LE trim for the vehicle as an option. The bluetooth in this SUV will allow You to connect a phone to it to be able to use it hands free while You drive through the microphone and speakers in the vehicle. The bluetooth is also capable of connecting to smartphones or MP3 players to allow You to stream music to it. You can select bluetooth Audio as the source for Your stereo and this will allow You to listen to music in Your car wirelessly from an external device. Bluetooth has become very common in recent years especially as states have mandated hands free driving laws.
I have the v8 LE. Owner manual says go to settings/phone with nissan controller. I don't see phone in settings just audio. Any suggestions?

The 2008 Nissan Pathfinder can be available with Bluetooth but only on 2 trims. Wireless phone connectivity is an option LE trim which allows Bluetooth enabled devices to connect with the system. The LE V8 comes standard with the phone connectivity but also offers a HDD Navigation Package, which makes using Bluetooth much easier.
