The 2008 Toyota Camry was offered with factory bluetooth but it was not a common feature at that time. If You are sure Your Camry has BT then to connect Your phone to it You will need to first make sure the phone is discoverable. After that, You will need to push the Info button and then touch the Phone button. From there You need to push Settings and then bluetooth. Finally, You will need to press the Register button which will start the pairing process and give You the passkey needed to make the connection. Once the two devices have made connected the screen will show bluetooth Connection Successful. The connection will only support hands-free calling and contact syncing, You will not be able to listen to music.

The 2008 Toyota Camry can have Bluetooth by connecting with your phone. Wireless phone connectivity comes standard on the XLE and XLE V6. It's an option on all the other trims - Base, LE, SE, LE V6 and the SE V6.

The only way to play music through the XLE version is either aux or a Bluetooth transmitter (highly don’t recommend though)
