The 2009 Hyundai Sonata does come equipped with bluetooth capabilities. Bluetooth enables You to drive Your vehicle free of distractions, by allowing You to sync Your device to Your car. You will then be able to make and receive calls, send and receive text messages, and stream music without touching or looking at Your phone or device. To connect with Your vehicle, You must follow these steps. First, push the setup button located on the LCD controls of Your dash. Next, go to the settings option, and choose the one that has a bluetooth icon displayed. Now You should be in the bluetooth menu, where You will choose "bluetooth connection". Finally, pick "select new". At this point, Your device should have paired with Your vehicle and bluetooth should be ready to use.
