If You are looking for bluetooth connectivity on the 2009 Toyota RAV4, I've got some bad news for You. There is no bluetooth capability on Your Rav4. The Rav4 actually introduced bluetooth to its vehicles in 2013. If You are in the market for a new Rav4, then You might want to consider a newer model. Bluetooth is considered a hands free technology that aids the driver in making and receiving calls and texts. Not only does it help with making hands free dialing but it also helps with playing music through the vehicle's sound system. On a good note, You can always buy an aftermarket part to install bluetooth on this Rav4.

I bought my 2008 rav 4 brand new with Bluetooth. So you more than likely can install it. I installed Bluetooth it to my 2003 Jeep. And it worked better than the one in my rav.
