Your 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan does have a cabin air filter. It is located on the passenger side behind the glove box. You will have to remove Your glove box to get access to it. The cabin air filter in a vehicle helps remove harmful pollutants, including pollen and dust, from the air You breathe within the car. A clogged cabin air filter can lead to under-performance of the A/C system, causing weak airflow from the cabin vents. The air volume into Your passenger compartment will be continually reduced which will lead to the issue of foul odors inside Your car. Paper filters should always be replaced, never cleaned.

For the 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan, some models are equipped with a cabin air filter and some are not. If it is equipped, you will find it located in the inlet behind the glove compartment on the passenger side of the vehicle.
